Policy and procedure to reopenthe campus for Fall 2020

1. The institute will reopen on hybrid mode from Sep 21, 2020. Some batches will attend classes in the campus and some will go online classes. This is chosen to bring less no of students at campus to avoid the spread of Covid-19 at the campus to safe guard the lives of students, staff and faculty members.

2. On Campus Classes: All Undergrad programs (BSEE, BSAI, BSSE, BSEE, BCom, BBA, BSAF) of batch Fall 2020, BSEE, BSCS, BSSE Programs of Batch Fall 2019 and BSCS, BSSE programs of batch Spring 2020, all batches of BBA (Q) program will be held on campus according to the schedule of the classes. The classes of all graduate programs (MS and PhD) will also be commencing from Sep 21, 2020 on campus.

3. Online Classes: BBA, BSAF of Batches Fall 2019 and Spring 2020, BSCS and BSEE batches of Fall 2017 will be held online, according to the schedule given by the departments. Online classes will also be scheduled from Sep 21, 2020.

4. The OAC will review the situation of Covid-19 and government/HEC policies in November 2020 and will take the decision accordingly whether to bring all batches at Campus or online.

5. All Offices will open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
