Impact of Talent Management Style on Organizational Performance Talent management is relatively new concept but difficult phenomenon to quantify. talent management has been considered as the problem because the so called strategist occupying the glorified seats considered themselves as the “Sole Talent” of the firm and believed that Organizational Performance only rely on them.
Moderating Effect Of Motivation, Religiosity On The Relationship Between Technology Readiness, Technology Orientation, Trust And Employee Performance In Higher Education Sector Of Pakistan The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of Technology readiness, Technology orientation and trust on employee performance in higher education sector of Islamabad, Pakistan.
