The Central Aligarh Old Boys Association, Islamabad, in a fitting tribute to the invaluable services of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan in the filed of education, formed Sir Syed Memorial Society in 1984. The main aim of the society is to promote the educational mission of Sir Syed by promoting a blend of Islamic values and modern technological excellence. As the president of the society I must say that by collaborating with Engineering Education Trust (EET) to establish a degree granting institute we are following the footsteps of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, a step in the right direction. CASE aspires to educate Pakistani youth in modern engineering and management fields laying special emphasis on quality of education, character building, and of brotherhood amongst the students. By the grace of Allah Almighty, the institute has already become one of the highest seats of learning and is contributing in producing skilled manpower for the local and international industry. It is striving to develop the students not only as experts in their respective fields but also as honorable and responsible citizens of Pakistan and inhabitants of our globe. The character building aspect of the students of CASE emulates the following advice of the father of the nation,
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah:
"Education does not merely mean academic education; we have to build the character of our future generation which means highest sense of honor, integrity, selfless service to the nation and a sense of responsibility."
