Description:
Pursuing PhD Degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology Taxila, Department of Electronics Engineering, in the area of VLSI specifically in Power Modeling of 3D ICs. Muhammad Ishaq completed his B.S. degree in electrical engineering with Specialization in Electronics from MUST University, AJK, Pakistan in 2002 and M.S degree in Control and Automation from CASE, Islamabad in 2012. He is currently serving as Lecturer in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. He has over Fifteen years of academic experience at the Center for Advanced Studies in Engineering.

Research Interest:

Title Description
MEMS Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) technology uses semiconductor fabrication processes to produce miniaturized mechanical and electro-mechanical elements that range in size from less than one micrometer to several millimeters. I had worked as co-supervisor with Dr. Shafaat A. Bazaz in an undergrade project named MEMs accelerometer.
VLSI Design Pursuing PhD Degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology Taxila, Department of Electronics Engineering, in the area of VLSI specifically on Layout of TSV interconnects in 3D ICs.
