A maximum of 9 qualified credit hours (those with a minimum GPA of B, or greater than 70% marks) can be transferred from an HEC recognized university, or from courses earned at CASE through the Continuing Education program. Only courses taken in the past three years before the time of registration as a regular student at CASE may be transferred. Courses taken more than 3 years before your registration will not be transferred.

Only courses taken at CASE will count towards the CGPA calculation, i.e. the GPA of a course transferred from another university does not count towards your CGPA at CASE. Any credits already used to earn a degree at another institution cannot be transferred to fulfill the requirements of another degree at CASE. The allowance of any transfer credits is decided by the Admissions Committee of each department.

Student who are interested in transferring credit, must formally apply for the transfer of courses. This includes providing CASE Admissions with documentary proof of the course credits studied elsewhere. Documentary proof includes copies of the (i) mark sheet, (ii) transcript, (iii) course syllabus, and (iv) a brief course description, all of which must be attested by the original institution at which the course was taken.
